Important COVID-19 Information
Over the past several weeks Delaware Back Pain has significantly modified our practice operations to ensure the safety of our patients, staff and physicians. The good news is that we are still open. As an 'essential business' we recognize that we play an important role in continuing to care for our patients in the community who would otherwise have no option but to go to an emergency room or their primary care physician for acute injuries and pain management. It is critical in our fight against this virus that we keep those facilities available to those who absolutely need it.
For our part, to the best of our abilities, we are following very strict protocols, supported by the Delaware Division of Public Health and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, for seeing patients in our offices. For patients who either have COVID-19 symptoms (fever, new cough, shortness of breath, sore throat or new muscle aches) or who otherwise are not comfortable coming in to our office for their appointment we are now offering telehealth services. Please contact any of our locations for more information on telehealth to see if you are eligible.
Please check back here for specific updates.
Lastly, we ask that everyone continue to do their part with proper hand hygiene, social distancing and when necessary self isolation in order to ensure our communities conquer this healthcare crisis.
