Job Description: 

Physician to provide medical services to patients as required in accordance with Physician's qualifications and training in the medical specialty of Pain Management and Rehabilitation.  The professional services to be rendered by Physician shall include, but not be limited to the following:  Attending patients at Employer's multiple office locations and at various hospitals, including making rounds and scheduling consults for hospital patients, supervising all non-physician personnel, maintaining all appropriate records accurately, and preparing reports and correspondence relating to the above named services.  To the extend permitted by law and the applicable canons of ethics, Physician shall promote the professional practice of Employer by entertaining, lecturing, teaching, and publishing or editing medical articles and other profession-related text.
